Manufacturing Engineer – 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $21.49/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1:00 PM–10:00 PM
Location: Puerto Rico
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and take a proactive leadership role within a technical manufacturing discipline. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to understand manufacturing operations and business objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead and take ownership of complex manufacturing engineering tasks involving multiple technical elements.
Analyze manufacturing processes and identify key issues and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and recommend effective solutions when established procedures or precedents do not exist.
Apply creative thinking and new methods to resolve technical and manufacturing challenges.
Evaluate the impact of proposed solutions on other systems and manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with peers and mentors through technical reviews and validation activities.
Support verification and validation of engineering solutions and processes.
Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and resolving manufacturing issues.
