Job Description:

Utilizes specialized knowledge to execute tasks, lead smaller projects or oversee specific components of larger initiatives. Addresses non-routine problems and contributes to process improvements by applying technical or professional expertise. Decision-making is informed by established practices and past experience, ensuring effective and informed outcomes.
May oversee the daily activities of team members within a specific area, to ensure task completion, and coordinating with other supervisors as necessary.
Develops promotion production plans, budgets and forecasts based on past results, updates same based on new data and monitors results to determine campaign effectiveness. Negotiates and purchases advertising placements on behalf of an organization in alignment with the advertising campaign plan. Ensures advertising and promotional campaigns are targeted to the appropriate audiences through the appropriate media outlets and tracks reach of campaigns to ensure optimized spend of advertising budget. $85-$90k

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
