Job description

Chicken N Pickle, the hottest new entertainment concept in town, is looking for a Unit Accountant. Our brand is that of a rambunctious, multi-generational family that works hard and plays even harder. Role Objective

To establish CNP as the "official post-game destination" by building strategic alliances with localsportscomplexes, school athletic departments, and club organizations. Success is measured by the volume oftrackable walk-in trafficgenerated through these channels .

Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnership Development
  • Complex Relations:Identify and secure formal "Preferred Dining Partner" status with major localsportscomplexes and tournament hubs.
  • Organization Outreach:Build a database of local K-12 school ADs (Athletic Directors) and ClubSportsDirectors (Soccer, Baseball, Volleyball, etc.).
  • Negotiation:Manage contract negotiations for physical signage, digital placements, and exclusive tournament sponsorship rights.
Traffic-Driving Activation (The "Walk-In" Engine)
  • Voucher Programs:Create and distribute "MVP Vouchers" or "Team Treats" (e.g., free appetizer with a jersey, BOGO deals) specifically for tournament weekends.
  • Booking Management:Act as the primary point of contact for large team reservations, ensuring the CNP floor team is prepared for "the rush."
  • Geofenced Advertising:Coordinate with marketing to run targeted digital ads around specific complex coordinates during high-traffic tournament windows.
  • "Spirit Nights":Design and sell a standardized "CNP Give-Back" program where a percentage of sales from a designated night goes back to a school’s booster club.
  • Sponsorship Packages:Purchase advertising space in high-school programs or on outfield fences in exchange for CNP being the "Home of the Post-Game Meal".
  • Scholarship/Award Branding:Create a "CNP Player of the Week" program for local leagues to increase brand affinity and social media tagging.
On-Site Visibility & Branding
  • Physical Presence:Manage the installation of banners, floor decals, or digital scoreboard ads at partner facilities.
  • Pop-up Marketing:Coordinate occasional "sideline" presence at major championships (e.g., passing out branded cooling towels or water with CNP coupons attached).

This role supports all Chicken N Pickle locations with some travel required
