Job description

Overview
Auburn Advancement is excited to begin the search for a Media Production Specialist!
The Media Production Specialist position in the Office of Philanthropy Communications is primarily responsible for creating digital and print communications collateral that is tailored to solicitations and stewardship of major gifts. This position also is responsible for producing photo and video assets to accompany philanthropy content.
Responsibilities
  • Concept and develop effective communications strategy and deliverables in direct support of the achievement of Auburn Advancement's overall fundraising goal.
  • Design custom communications, including print and digital formats, for targeted major gift solicitations to individual, corporate, and foundation donors in order to support frontline fundraiser efforts. Design and produce stewardship collateral such as giving reports, endowment and scholarship reports, and annual reports.
  • Concept and execute visual assets, including photography and videography, to accompany philanthropy content.
  • Curate and manage digital assets from internal and external sources to achieve the most effective communications.
  • Maintain print capability by managing print vendor relationships and monitoring in-house equipment and supplies.

Qualifications
Media Production Specialist I
  • Bachelor's degree

Media Production Specialist II
  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 10 years of experience OR
  • Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience OR
  • Master's degree

Media Production Specialist III
  • High school diploma or equivalent plus12 years of experience OR
  • Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of experience OR
  • Master's degree plus 2 years of experience

Scope of Experience: Experience providing creative, technical, or support services for various medias
