Job description


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Communications (60%)
Coordinate and execute the company's monthly social media content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Capture photos, videos, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content during product installations, customer training, events, demonstrations, and company activities.
Assist in documenting customer projects, success stories, and product applications to support content development and brand awareness efforts.
Coordinate with designers, agencies, and external partners, and the US corporate marketing team to support the creation and delivery of marketing materials and digital content.
Assist with researching industry trends, content ideas, and best practices to support marketing initiatives.
Coordinate content scheduling and publishing based on marketing campaigns, customer events, product launches, and business priorities.
Organize and maintain the company's digital asset library, including photos, videos, presentations, and marketing resources.
Support the development and coordination of written content for social media, website updates, email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer communications - in both English and Spanish.
Coordinate email marketing initiatives, including e-blasts, newsletters, event invitations, promotional campaigns, and customer communications.
Assist with website content updates and ensure marketing information remains current and accurate.
Monitor basic social media, email marketing, and website metrics and assist with preparing monthly performance reports.
Support Sales and Marketing initiatives through digital communications and customer engagement activities.
Trade Marketing, Customer Support & Brand Activations (40%)
Support the coordination and execution of customer engagement activities, product demonstrations, training, and in-store activations.
Coordinate the distribution and delivery of marketing support materials, including banners, signage, displays, promotional materials, and point-of-sales (POS) assets.
Assist with maintaining brand visibility at customer locations by coordinating marketing materials and promotional displays.
Coordinate marketing material requests from customers, distributors, retailers, and the Sales team.
Work closely with Sales, customers, and vendors to support promotional campaigns and customer-facing initiatives.
Assist with tracking event participation, customer engagement, leads, and promotional activity results.
Track and report on event participation, customer engagement, lead generation, and promotional campaign performance.
Collect customer feedback, survey responses, and market insights to identify opportunities for improvement and support future marketing initiatives.
Maintain organized communication and follow-up to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Perform other marketing-related duties and projects assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies Required

Computer Equipment and Software Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams. Experience with social media platforms and content scheduling tools. Knowledge of graphic design platforms such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Familiarity with META Business Suite, Monday.com, Robohead (email marketing software) and CRM systems preferred.
Education and Experience Required
Requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, social media management, or related roles preferred.
Licensing or other Special Requirements
Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
Ability to stand for extended periods during events and activities.
Ability to lift light to moderate materials when needed.
Ability to travel and support on-site event activities.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on event needs.
