Job description

BUILT ON FLAVOR. FUELED BY PEOPLE.
What's it like to work at Kinder's? Well, there's a lot of snacking and geeking out over what we all cooked over the weekend. Beyond that, there's also plenty of hard work. Because we don't just like flavor, we're obsessed with it.
With over 100 products sold nationwide, we're now a top-five brand in multiple flavor categories at Costco, Walmart, Whole Foods, and more. We're not your typical CPG company. Privately held and founder-led, we like to think of ourselves as a pirate ship in a sea of cruise ships. Our crew is adventurous and fearless. We chart our own course and chase big ideas to make food unforgettable.
As we expand globally and approach $1 billion in revenue, we need more smart-and-scrappy, flavor-obsessed people to come aboard. If you're looking for a place where you can see the real impact of your work... this is it! Every day, you'll be part of a journey to add flavor to millions of meals and lives.
How You Will Have an Impact at Kinder's:
The Post-Production Coordinator (PPC) at Kinder's will play a pivotal role in our efforts to scale our content production efforts as part of our ongoing transition to more brand-focused storytelling in our marketing approach. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Content Producer, Production Manager, and other creative and production team members to support the coordination and execution of branded visual content - including both video and still content.
The PPS will be responsible for working with senior Creative leaders to evolve and coordinate the content post-production process to ensure that all assets are delivered on schedule and with the highest standards as befits our brand. This role requires a results-oriented team member with strong creative skills, an ability to embrace the Company's brand voice, a willingness to roll up their sleeves and solve problems in real-time, strong communication skills, project management discipline, personal accountability, and the desire to be innovative in their approaches. This role will report to the Company's Production Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Post-Production & Execution:
  • Collaborate with Video Production and Creative teams to align on project briefs and key objectives.
  • Help build and manage detailed post-production calendars to meet delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate post-production of still and video shoots for use in advertising, social media, digital, in-store, and other brand activations.
  • Coordinate and oversee post-production resources (third-party vendors or in-house) including editors, colorists, mixers, VFX artists and others.
  • Assist in budget oversight for post-production systems and team members, ensuring high-quality results within scope.
  • Ensure timely delivery of final assets, including proper versioning for different platforms and formats.

Creative Collaboration:
  • Act as a bridge between creative producers and post-production team members - translating ideas into actionable plans.
  • Stay informed on evolving post-production technologies and workflows to identify opportunities for improving post-production and creative execution while also building a cost-efficient, highly flexible approach.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Brand, Sales, and Innovation teams to ensure creative aligns with strategic priorities.
  • Serve as the visual expert in cross-functional meetings, advocating for the integrity of the brands across all executions.
  • Collaborate with external creative partners - photographers, agencies, illustrators, and production houses - to create & maintain our creative standards.
Asset Management & Distribution:
  • Coordinate with internal asset management team to ensure file organization and archiving of photo and video assets.
  • Coordinate asset delivery to internal teams, agencies, and partners as applicable.
  • Integrate post-production workflows to support multi-platform delivery (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, website, etc.) including versioning and localization (where relevant).
  • Coordinate with Digital / Social team to ensure that asset requirements are met and can easily be transitioned into Content Management Systems (both in-house and external).
