Job Description:

The Manager, Media Operations keeps theday-to-daymedia engine running.The role sits where media planning, ad tech and campaign execution meet and owns the workflows that move campaigns from setup through trafficking, budget tracking,pacingand reconciliation.The role requires a high degree of rigor and fluency in compliance across the financial services media environment.
This person serves as a connective point across planning, investment, finance and analytics and reports into senior operations leadership. The work suits someone who brings order to complex processes, holds a high bar foraccuracy,and is steady under deadline pressure.
Core Responsibilities:
Campaign and workflow management: oversee the full lifecycle of digital and traditional media campaigns, coordinating creative assets, spec sheets and production timelines across internal teams and outside partners. Standardize workflows so they run consistently and efficiently.
Trafficking and quality assurance:partner with ad ops, media and marketing science teams on trafficking, taxonomy, naming conventions, pixel and tag setup.Monitor live campaigns and run qualitychecks,so every campaign is set up,measured,and deliveredcorrectly.
Financial and budget operations:collaborate with the planning, investment,financeand marketing science teams to manage media budgets, track pacing and actuals, govern budgetrevisionsand confirm that billing,invoicingand reconciliation areaccurateand on time.
Data and reporting:work with the marketing science and media teams tomaintainclean data, validate spend and produce clear,accuratereporting for client and internal audiences.
Compliance and governance:Maintainclient billing and audit procedures, brand safetystandardsand data privacy requirements. Ensure that data,technologyand platformusagemeet the standards of a highly regulated financial services environment.
Process documentation:maintainplaybooks, operatingprocedures,workflow documentation support onboarding andtraining ontools and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
3-6 yearsof experience in media operations, agencyoperationsor media coordination across functions
Prior financial services client experience strongly preferred
Understanding of compliance within highly regulated environments, particularly how data, technology and platform decisions are governed for financial servicesclients
Working knowledge and hands-on experience across the platforms used to run media operations (Google Campaign Manager, theMediaoceansuite, Adobe, and others)
Strong Excel skills(including pivot tables and lookups)andoverall comfort with the MS Office suite
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle several campaigns at once under tight deadlines
Clear, thoughtful communicator who works well across teams and levels
Detail oriented, highlyorganizedandself-motivated
Toronto: $70,000-$85,000
