Job Summary •Own end-to-end cross-channel media planning and execution, managing external agency and internal activation teams to translate business objectives into campaign strategies •Partner with internal stakeholders as the paid media subject matter expert to align on broader marketing campaign strategy •Drive real-time campaign optimizations based on key KPIs and compile regular reporting from multiple data sources •Advise leadership and stakeholders on media decisions, recommendations, and the rationale behind them •Navigate a highly-matrixed organization, representing the team with integrity and self-sufficiency •Contribute insights to advertising portfolio strategy and investment models •Collaborate with other media managers to leverage investment decisions and audience-driven insights across the team Minimum Requirements: •7 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, communications, audience strategy, and media at a media agency or in-house media team •In-depth knowledge of cross-channel media strategy with experience leading complex engagements for large advertisers •Clear understanding of media principles, planning, and buying functions in the US market •Experience building and optimizing multiple simultaneous marketing campaigns Preferred Qualifications: •Familiarity with industry media planning tools such as Nielsen, Kantar, Comscore, or equivalent platforms •Experience using data and metrics to measure performance and drive continuous improvements •Experience managing or collaborating within cross-functional marketing and creative teams •Strong written and verbal professional communication skills with the ability to present to leadership
