This position operates as part of the Marketing Communication & Employee Engagement team that assists in the execution of employee events and programs that impact and shape the employee experience and culture at Cirrus Logic. In this role, you'll work alongside a high-visibility team with the opportunity to directly influence and drive employee engagement and satisfaction in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Events and Program Execution
  • Assist in executing Cirrus Logic's annual events including holiday parties, employee recognition events, and ongoing celebrations

  • Own and drive corporate swag program (new hire gifting, employee anniversary recognition, general inventory, and vendor management)

  • Plan regular culture programming such as surprise and delight moments, happy hours, and birthday celebrations

  • Maintain detailed budget and expense tracking for all events

  • Manage invitations and guest RSVPs; Event registration and check-in

  • Submit and track purchasing requests for timely payment

  • Vendor coordination including sourcing and relationship management

Communications
  • Excellent writing skills. Ability to write clearly and effectively while adhering to brand voice

  • Draft internal communications for events and programs in collaboration with the Internal Communications team

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create detailed communications plans; adhere to deadlines and workbacks, making adjustments as events and programs evolve

  • Communicate event plans and engagement strategies clearly and effectively with stakeholders and leadership

Program Operations and Project Support
  • Conduct post-event surveys gathering headcounts, guest feedback, etc.

  • Compile and manage employee engagement data to include in stakeholder reporting and to inform internal analysis and decision making

  • Stay informed of industry trends, adding fresh ideas and personalization elements to increase engagement and elevate employee experiences

  • Introduce exciting new vendors, themes, and venues to continually improve annual programs

  • Document team processes and consistently evaluate for efficiency

  • Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools and solutions to enhance workflows, insights, and overall team effectiveness

  • Capture content at events for social media and internal communications

  • Collaborative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects while navigating competing and changing priorities

  • Curious, responsive, and always looking for ways to improve experiences and processes

  • Strong personal skills. Comfortable interacting with large numbers of people in social settings and at large events.

  • Ability to escalate employee requests and feedback to the appropriate stakeholders, enduring timely response to employee inquiries

  • Tackles projects with a positive, can-do attitude and solution-oriented approach

  • Experience drafting communications for large internal and external audiences via email and social media

  • Experience working alongside graphic designers and creating simple graphics using Canva; ability to capture social media content video and photos a plus
