We're looking for a Media Coordinator to join our Media team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, curious, detail-oriented, and excited to build a career in media.


You'll support digital and traditional media campaigns and work closely with teams across Co to help keep campaigns, timelines, budgets, and deliverables moving forward.


What You'll Do

Support Media Planning
Help gather research, media opportunities, rates, availability, and other information needed to support media plans and recommendations.

Help Execute Campaigns
Support campaign setup and launch, coordinate with media partners, and help ensure specifications, timelines, and deliverables are accurate and on track.

Track Campaigns & Spend
Help monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and media spend while maintaining accurate information throughout the life of a campaign.

Collaborate Across Teams
Work closely with Media, Account Management, Analytics, Strategy, Production, Creative, Accounting, Ad Ops, and external media partners to keep communication and execution moving smoothly.

Stay Curious
Keep up with changes in media, technology, platforms, and industry trends while looking for opportunities to improve how we work.
