Position Overview
The Paid Media Implementation Specialist is responsible for executing, optimizing, and supporting digital marketing initiatives across paid search and paid social platforms while serving as a key operational and strategic partner to Senior Paid Media Strategists.
This role is designed for individuals who understand paid media beyond campaign execution. Successful candidates can conduct account audits, identify inconsistencies and implementation errors, troubleshoot platform challenges, recognize performance opportunities, and contribute insights that strengthen overall account strategy.
Working closely with Senior Paid Media Strategists, this individual helps translate strategy into action, ensuring campaigns are implemented accurately, tracking is functioning properly, and accounts remain healthy and aligned with client goals. While this role does not own primary client communication or overall account strategy, it plays an important role in strategic execution, account analysis, and optimization efforts across paid search and paid social programs.

What You'll Do
Campaign & Platform Execution
  • Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, and other advertising platforms.
  • Implement campaign updates, audience changes, creative launches, budget adjustments, and tracking requirements.
  • Ensure all platform implementations align with strategist recommendations and client objectives.
  • Maintain campaign accuracy, platform organization, and account hygiene.
  • Execute optimizations and testing initiatives as directed by Senior Paid Media Strategists.
Account Auditing & Health Monitoring
  • Conduct routine account audits to identify performance gaps, implementation issues, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
  • Monitor accounts for pacing issues, budget concerns, tracking problems, disapproved ads, broken automations, and platform errors.
  • Identify inconsistencies across campaigns, ad groups, audiences, creative assets, and tracking setups.
  • Proactively surface risks and opportunities before they impact performance.
  • Escalate findings and recommendations to Senior Paid Media Strategists.
Strategic Support & Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Paid Media Strategists to execute integrated paid search and paid social strategies.
  • Translate strategic recommendations into accurate and timely platform execution.
  • Contribute insights and recommendations based on account audits, platform analysis, and campaign performance.
  • Assist in identifying growth opportunities and optimization initiatives across client accounts.
  • Support strategic testing programs and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Help drive client retention through operational excellence and proactive problem-solving.
Implementation & Technical Support
  • Configure conversion tracking, pixels, platform integrations, and event measurement.
  • Validate tracking accuracy and troubleshoot implementation issues.
  • Support onboarding and setup of new client accounts.
  • Assist with platform migrations, account restructures, and operational projects.
  • Ensure measurement and attribution systems are functioning properly across platforms.
Process & Documentation
  • Maintain internal documentation, implementation procedures, and account records.
  • Ensure consistent execution standards across all accounts.
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Support the development of best practices across paid search and paid social teams.
What We're Looking For
Required
  • 3+ years of paid media experience.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Google Ads
    • Meta Ads
    • Microsoft Ads
    • TikTok Ads
  • Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience supporting both Paid Search and Paid Social programs.
  • Ability to conduct account audits and identify performance, tracking, and implementation issues.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
