Social Media Content Creator (Grandview Location)

The purpose of the Social Media Content Creator position is to capture, produce, and deliver high-quality photo and video content that strengthens the organization's digital presence and supports campaigns, events, and ongoing storytelling. This role exists to visually communicate the mission through compelling, platform-native content that engages and inspires online audiences.

Experience and Knowledge Required

2-4 years' experience in photography, videography, or digital content creation
Proficiency in camera operation, lighting, and audio capture
Strong editing skills in photo and video software (Adobe)
Experience producing content optimized for social platforms
Understanding of social media trends, formats, and engagement strategies
Ability to manage multiple content needs across campaigns and weekly rhythms
Strong visual storytelling instincts

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Capture high-quality photo and video content at services, events, and organizational initiatives
