Essential Job Functions:
* Supports management initiatives at both casino properties
* Works on floor promotions and sweepstakes and gift giveaways
* Social Media content creation
* Assist with Gift buying and management program
* Ensure consistency and accuracy in all elements of our advertising and marketing mix
* Assist with bookkeeping and billing system to track all advertising invoices, as well as process and submit invoices
* Assist in the creation and implementation of all plasma messaging in association with the proper productions company.
* Assist in the creative and production processes, while also directing the implementation of radio spots and all PA Announcements.
* Act as Social Media spokesperson
* Assist in the creation of in-house signage working through the agency of record and the proper production company.
* Responsible for the accurate creation and distribution of direct mail and email marketing materials
* Assist with all commercials that run internally on the plasma screens in the building as well as all PA Announcements.
* Assist with delivery of "added value" giveaway material for radio (tickets to the Event Center, VIP tables to the Lighthouse Bar and Gift Cards).

* Provide feedback on advertising campaigns (billboards, TV commercials, radio spots, etc.).
* Building codes in ACSC
* Proofreading: assuring the accuracy of any produced media.
* Assist with all projects to ensure they are in-line with their respective timelines.
* Assist other members of the marketing team as needed.
* Aid the Regional Executive Director of Marketing.
* Develop subordinates (Marketing Specialists)
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Executive Director of Marketing.

Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or above
* 1-2 years of industry related experience


License Requirements:
Rhode Island Department of Regulations Gaming License


Physical/Mental Requirements:
* Working non-traditional hours may be needed.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Proficient in all social media platforms
* Knowledge of ACSC
* Knowledge of CRM management
* Knowledge of social content management tools
* Power Point presentation skills
* Public Speaking.
* Enthusiastic Personality.
