MULTI-MEDIA ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Portsmouth)

We're looking for a bold, strategic, and motivated Account Executive who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to help businesses grow through the power of media.

About the Role:

As an Account Executive at WAVY-TV, WVBT and CW Hampton Roads, you'll serve as a consultative partner to local and regional businesses-developing custom advertising strategies across our robust multimedia portfolio. You'll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values creativity, integrity, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and secure new business through networking, referrals, and outreach.
  • Manage and grow a book of active clients, cultivating long-term partnerships.
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns that include linear TV, streaming (OTT/CTV), digital display, social, and branded content.
  • Work cross-functionally with production, creative, promotions, and digital teams to bring campaigns to life.
  • Deliver clear, data-backed proposals and recommendations to clients.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual revenue goals and quarterly targets.
  • Stay current on media trends, competitive insights, and emerging platforms.
