Hospital: TriStar Northcrest Location: Springfield,TN Address: Unit Name: MS2 & MS3 Building: Cost Center: 61259 & 61359 General Information Unit Specifics: • Number of Beds : 27 on each floor • Patient Ratios : 5:1 • Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Unit secretaries during the dayshift and techs on all shifts • Type of equipment : Computer on Wheels, Pyxis, Welch Allen vital sign machines • Documentation system: Medhost but transitioning to Meditech April 19th • Scheduling requirements: 3 days a week with every other weekend • Floating policy: will need to float between MS 2 and MS3 • Patient Experience requirements: Hospital Specifics- • Certifications: Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: Basic Med/Surg experiences, Experience with post-op patients especially ortho Advanced skills needed: NA Procedures performed on unit: Blood transfusions, IV and central line maintenance Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS preferred but not required Dress Code: (Required uniform) • Dark blue Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines. • Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc. • Brand new computer on wheels and vital sign machines, transitioning to meditech from medhost as our documentation system Show more
