To thrive as a Med Spa RN, you need a current RN license, strong knowledge of aesthetic procedures, and experience in patient assessment and clinical care. Familiarity with cosmetic injectables, laser systems, and medical documentation software is typically required, along with certifications in relevant aesthetic treatments. Med Spa RNs, or Medical Spa Registered Nurses, are licensed nurses who provide a variety of cosmetic and wellness treatments in a medical spa setting.
