Job Title: Automation Technician
Location: West Miltmore, IL

Job Description:

Seeking an Automation Technician with 3โ€“7 years of experience in maintaining and troubleshooting ASRS (Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems) and AMR/AGV systems in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with ASRS, AMRs/AGVs, conveyors, cranes, shuttles, and lifts
  • Strong PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley or Siemens)
  • Knowledge of electrical systems (24VDC/480VAC), motors, drives, sensors, actuators, and industrial controls
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Associate degree/Technical certification in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Robotics, or equivalent experience

Preferred:

  • Experience with WMS/WCS, RFID, barcode scanners, vision systems, and HMI/PLC programming.
  • Manufacturing or automated material handling environment experience.
