Onsite Job: Mechanical Systems Design & Analysis Engineer Level 4
Work Location: Everett, WA
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00/5:00 PM (Flexible start time)
Overtime: Occasional OT
Travel: Possible domestic travel
Security Clearance Required: No
 

Job Description:

• Lead the design, development, and documentation of mechanical, fluid, and thermal systems.
• Validate and verify mechanical and fluid system requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and modify system component designs and installation documentation.
• Perform engineering analyses and document technical results.
• Manage supplier development, testing, and production activities to achieve program goals.
• Lead design reviews, prioritize engineering tasks, and mentor junior engineers.
• Support proposal development and new business initiatives.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Design engineering experience.
• Experience with Environmental Control Systems (ECS) design.
• Familiarity with CAD tools.
• Ability to perform mechanical systems design and engineering analysis.

Preferred:

• Manufacturing experience.
• Experience supporting production environments.
• Experience working with suppliers and cross-functional engineering teams.

Education/Experience:

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 9+ years of related experienceMaster’s with 7+ years, or PhD with 4+ years in mechanical systems design, analysis, and engineering development.
