Job description

Overview

Insight Global is hiring Humanoid Robot Pilots to support one of the most innovative AI robotics companies in the Bay Area. In this role, you will work directly with advanced humanoid robots, using teleoperation technology to teach robots new behaviors and generate data that improves their AI systems. This is a highly hands-on, physically active opportunity that offers a unique entry point into the robotics industry.


Responsibilities

  • Wear teleoperation equipment and guide humanoid robots through assigned tasks and behaviors
  • Collect and upload training data for AI model development
  • Identify issues during robot operations and provide feedback to engineering and AI teams
  • Help maintain a safe operating environment for both personnel and robotic systems
  • Perform robot startup, shutdown, and equipment maintenance procedures
  • Collaborate with technical teams to improve robot performance and capabilities
  • Travel to various operational sites as needed


Must-Haves

  • Strong hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for 8+ hours per shift
  • Quick learner who can master new physical tasks and processes
  • Comfortable receiving coaching and constructive feedback
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights
  • Willingness to travel as required


Preferred Qualifications
