We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Piping Foreman who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading crews, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work while building lasting customer relationships.

Role Overview:

As a Special Projects Mechanical Piping Foreman, you'll lead field crews on multiple commercial and industrial projects while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and supervising piping crews on multiple fast-paced projects.
  • Planning daily work activities and coordinating manpower, materials, and equipment.
  • Installing and overseeing mechanical piping systems including:
    • Hydronic piping
    • Chilled water
    • Heating water
    • Domestic water
    • Sanitary and storm piping
    • Natural gas
    • Steam and condensate
    • Specialty piping systems
  • Reading blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings.
  • Coordinating with Project Managers, Superintendents, customers, and other trades.
  • Monitoring project progress, labor productivity, and job costs.
  • Maintaining exceptional workmanship and quality standards.
  • Conducting safety meetings and ensuring OSHA compliance.
  • Training and mentoring apprentices and field personnel.
  • Building positive relationships with customers through professionalism and communication.
  • Completing daily reports and maintaining organized jobsites.


What You Bring:

  • Has 7+ years of commercial or industrial mechanical piping experience.
  • Has experience leading field crews.
  • Can read blueprints and coordinate multiple projects.
  • Communicates professionally with customers and coworkers.
  • Is organized, dependable, and safety-focused.
  • Can adapt quickly as priorities change.
  • Takes pride in producing quality work.


Physical and Work Environment:

This position is performed primarily on active commercial and industrial construction sites. Work may be performed indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and requires standing, walking, climbing ladders, working at heights, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in mechanical rooms, rooftops, crawl spaces, and other construction environments. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
