Engineer - Harrah's Laughlin
Plumber II- Harrah's Laughlin Beach Resort
We're looking for a skilled and dependable Plumber to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems throughout the property. This role is essential to ensuring our facilities remain safe, sanitary, and fully operational. Responsibilities
  • Complete work orders related to the maintenance, repair, and installation of plumbing systems and fixtures
  • Maintain working knowledge of property plumbing infrastructure, including:
    • Potable water distribution systems
    • Sewer, drainage, and waste systems
    • Water heaters, boilers, pumps, and valves
    • Backflow prevention devices
    • Irrigation and outdoor water systems
    • Commercial kitchen plumbing and grease traps
    • Restroom fixtures, domestic water lines, and mechanical room piping
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair leaks, clogs, blockages, and pressure issues
  • Use appropriate tools and equipment, including snakes, jetters, soldering tools, and pipe-fitting equipment
  • Keep accurate records of all maintenance performed, including work orders, logs, and reports
  • Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA guidelines
  • Work in both indoor and outdoor environments, with potential exposure to cigarette smoke
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Chief Engineer or Director of Facility Operations
  • Deliver Caesars Entertainment's Family Style Service to all guests and team members

Qualifications
What We are Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3-5 years of related experience in plumbing & facilities maintenance
  • Strong understanding of plumbing systems, tools, and repair techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
  • Ability to read and write reports, lists, memos, and basic business correspondence
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Familiarity with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Certificates, Licenses & Registrations
  • Must possess and maintain applicable plumbing licenses, if required
  • OSHA Certification required
  • Trade certifications (e.g., backflow prevention, pipefitting, plumbing apprenticeship) preferred
