A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MECHANICAL ENGINEER
In this robotics mechanical engineering role, you are essential to inventing, patenting, and engineering new products for the company. You spend most of your time designing, analyzing, and testing new mechanical systems and improvements. Working as part of a larger engineering team, you help design large construction machines that will be a part of real job sites. You have the opportunity to test our robots in real work environments and ensure they succeed in performing construction operations. Other responsibilities may include participating in engineering peer review of proposed concepts and designs. You also support other departments by helping field robot fleets and producing new robots. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MECHANICAL ENGINEER
  • 2+ years of experience or a master's degree in a related field
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks
