Job description

Overview:
Our client is a well established consulting engineering firm that is a national pioneer in the development of net zero energy buildings. They are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their growing team within the Atlanta market! 
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with project managers to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated response
  • Design layouts of mechanical systems using AutoCAD and/or REVIT software
  • Conduct building system audits, energy analysis and savings calculations 
  • Assist jobsite meetings as needed
  • Identify and resolve conflicts as they arise
  • Create and maintain customer relationships
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an ABET accredited institution
    • EIT,PE, CEM are a bonus 
  • 5+ years experience in MEP and/or with an Energy Services company 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • AutoCAD and REVIT software experience
