Seeking a hands-on Electro-Mechanical Engineer to design and support advanced beverage dispensing systems driven by software-based control algorithms. This role involves cross-functional engineering to develop, test, and optimize systems integrating pumps, valves, motors, sensors, and fluid delivery components. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability with practical design and troubleshooting expertise.

- Design and model components using CADD (Creo preferred) and generate detailed engineering drawings
- Apply structured problem-solving methods such as DMAIC, 8D, A3
- Perform statistical analysis and experimental data evaluation
- Support Engineering Change Management (Windchill preferred)
- Develop and test electro-mechanical systems including pumps, valves, motors, and sensors
- Contribute to fluidic circuit design, including pumping technologies and flow systems
- Develop and support test systems and automation (LabVIEW, PLCs)
- Interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics
- Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate complex technical concepts clearly
- Ensure adherence to design standards, processes, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant engineering experience
- Proficiency in Creo (or equivalent CADD software)
