  • Other Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving skills and bias to practical application.
    • Clear communication and teamwork; willingness to learn from feedback.
    • Business curiosity to connect AI work to customer and process outcomes.

Helpful Qualifications:

  • Experience with building full-stack solutions, including UX (React, common web technologies).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (SAP BTP, Azure, GCP, or AWS), containers (Docker), and CI basics.
  • Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG): embeddings, vector stores, chunking, and prompting.
  • Knowledge of SAP technologies is a plus (e.g., SAP BTP AI Core/Launchpad, SAP HANA Cloud/SAP Datasphere).
  • Prior involvement in student projects, hackathons, or agile teams; comfort writing unit tests and docs.

Helpful Additional Skills:

  • Interest in information retrieval and evaluation (offline/online tests, A/B basics, guardrails).
  • Basic understanding of secure coding and data privacy concepts.
  • Full-stack familiarity (React or similar) to build lightweight internal UIs.
  • Experience building small internal SDKs, templates, or scripts to improve developer productivity.
  • Background in UX prototyping or user research to validate AI workflows
