We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As an Electro Mechanic Supervisor supporting LS3 Production, you will be trusted to work on planning and advising a team of impactful mechanics.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Provide front line supervision, leadership and work direction to Electro Mechanical technicians, including time and
  • attendance, performance management, training oversite, and development.
  • Lead all aspects of all Production areas maintenance and repairs.
  • Handle outside contractors/vendors services to include capital projects.
  • Ensure Critical Process equipment are well maintained and supported.
  • Run Maximo work order system for Electro Mechanical department.
  • Ensure GMP Production Environments are maintained to regulatory standards.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+0 yrs)
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
  • 2 Years of Relevant Experience
  • 1 Years of Demonstrated Leadership
  • Lean Six Sigma preferred
  • Experience conducting root cause analysis preferred
