Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Houston, TX (East Side) 77015
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (with weekend call-out as needed)
Hourly Rate: $21 - $25 per hour DOE
Employment Type: Contract to full-time hire
About the Role:
Integrity Trade Services is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team on Houston's East side. This critical role ensures the continuous operation and maintenance of manufacturing and facility equipment, contributing directly to our client’s productivity and safety standards. If you have hands-on experience with mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems and are committed to quality work, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, including lathes, mills, cranes, HVAC units, welding, and heat-treating machinery.
  • Maintain and repair facility infrastructures and mechanical systems to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Record and document maintenance activities accurately in accordance with department procedures.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic machinery.
  • Assist in other maintenance or production-related tasks as needed to support overall plant operations.
  • Follow safety protocols rigorously, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.
  • Support ongoing department improvement initiatives and participate in safety meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance of industrial or manufacturing equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
  • Experience with welding (certifications preferred but not mandatory).
  • Knowledge of electrical maintenance and HVAC systems is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Certifications such as A/C, Electrical Maintenance, or Stationary Engineer are advantageous.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are required.
  • Must be able to pass screenings
