Pay Rate: $20–$25/hr | Full-Time | Beltsville, MD

What You'll Do

Warehouse & Yard Operations

  • Organize, stock, and maintain the warehouse and yard
  • Pull, bundle, and stage materials for upcoming projects
  • Prepare equipment and vehicles so crews are ready to start each day
  • Maintain inventory levels and assist with material ordering
  • Keep the yard clean, organized, and operating efficiently
  • Deliveries & Logistics
  • Drive company vehicles to deliver tools, materials, and equipment to job sites throughout MD, DC, and VA
  • Pick up supplies from local vendors and suppliers
  • Coordinate with vendors to source materials and equipment needed for projects
  • Equipment & Property Maintenance
  • Operate forklifts, skid steers, backhoes, and other equipment as needed
  • Assist with basic mechanical and maintenance tasks
