Togrow our U.S. organization, we are seeking an experienced Application Engineer to join our team at our U.S. headquarters in Troy, Michigan.

Location: Troy, Michigan
Travel: 20‑30% domestic
Authorization to Work: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • Experience with machine vision systems or optical sensors
  • Extensive experience in factory automation or similar environments (no entry position)
  • Hands‑on experience with PLC and/or robot programming
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in customer‑facing technical situations
  • Clear communication skills and a structured working style
  • Willingness to travel 20‑30%
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license
