Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys fixing, maintaining, and improving equipment and facilities? We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team and help ensure our facilities, equipment, and systems operate safely and efficiently every day.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in building maintenance, mechanical systems, electrical repairs, plumbing, HVAC support, and general facility upkeep who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service.
What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll play a vital role in maintaining mission-critical facilities and equipment. No two days are the same as you tackle a variety of maintenance and repair challenges.
Responsibilities include:
Performing preventive maintenance and routine inspections on buildings, equipment, and systems
Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility-related issues
Repairing and replacing components such as motors, pumps, compressors, fans, bearings, seals, switches, fixtures, receptacles, and filters
Maintaining walls, ceilings, flooring, sidewalks, concrete surfaces, and other building components
Assisting with HVAC support functions, irrigation systems, compressed gas systems, and general facility operations
Diagnosing equipment malfunctions and determining effective repair solutions
Using hand and power tools to perform maintenance and repair work safely and efficiently
Maintaining accurate records and assisting with repair specifications when needed
Supporting facility appearance, cleanliness, and overall operational readiness
Working as part of a collaborative maintenance team committed to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years of facility maintenance, mechanical repair, or related experience
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing building systems and mechanical equipment
  • Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to pass required background screenings and drug testing
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Ability to meet physical and security requirements associated with the position

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in healthcare, government, military, industrial, or commercial facilities
