Rosboro is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Mechanic Apprentice. This full-time, hands-on apprenticeship is ideal for someone who is eager to build a career in industrial and fleet maintenance. As an apprentice, you'll work under the guidance of experienced mechanics, gaining valuable skills while supporting the maintenance of a large fleet-including CAT loaders, shovels, forklifts, and various fleet vehicles.

Compensation and Benefits
  • $25.53 - 35.88 per hour, dependent on education and experience, with regular step ups for skill advancement and progression through accredited Diesel Program. Final Journeyman wage of $40.05 per hour.
