Highlights:

Summary: The Maintenance Mechanic IV shall be responsible to perform repair and preventive maintenance duties on building, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems. This individual shall install new equipment in all areas of facilities used and owned by Baptist Health. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.
Education / Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required with certification or license in a field related to engineering or a minimum of 12 years experience in Maintenance or Engineering.
License / Certification: None
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Basic interpreting of blue prints on buildings and schematics on equipment.
Ability to observe, assesses, and record work, safety and infection control standards.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.

Education / Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent required with certification or license in a field related to engineering or a minimum of 10 years experience in Maintenance or Engineering.
