About the Role:
  • Engage in the installation and reconstruction of diverse machinery, requiring innovative solutions.
  • Tackle daily fixes, adjustments, and substitutions for Test Loops.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks, including laser alignments.
  • Utilize mechanical hand tools, along with power equipment like pneumatic winches and hammer drills.
  • Operate machine shop tech—lathe, milling machines, and other specialized equipment.
  • Interact with both manual and precision instruments like transits and pressure gauges.
Your Essentials:
  • Completion of high school and either a 4-year Mechanic Millwright Apprenticeship or a 2-year Mechanical Tech degree.
  • At least 4 years in the field, plus machining proficiency with lathes and milling machines.
  • U.S. citizenship due to Department of Defense requirements.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD security clearance.
