Over the past fifteen years, we have expanded beyond power washing to become a complete appearance specialist. Our services now include commercial buildings, storefronts, flat surface cleaning, garages, and snow plowing — making TNT Services a one-stop solution for our customers.

We are an aggressively growing company that has more than doubled in size over the past three years. Our locations now include Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Kentucky, Cleveland, Michigan, and our corporate headquarters in Columbus.

Position Overview

TNT Services has an immediate need in our growing Power Washing Department. We are seeking hardworking, self-motivated individuals who are ready to start immediately.

  • Complete assigned service routes
  • Troubleshoot and maintain power washing equipment
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Perform physical labor in various environments and weather conditions

This role is physically demanding and requires endurance-based work, including prolonged and repeated:

  • Lifting (up to 50 lbs)
  • Bending, twisting, standing
  • Climbing, crawling, reaching
  • Pulling, pushing, and crouching

To meet insurance guidelines, candidates must:

  • Be at least 22 years of age

  • Obtain a valid Medical Examiner Certificate (MEC)
    • (Preferred at time of hire; required for employment. The company will advance the cost.)

Note: This role does NOT require forklift certification, manufacturing experience, or supply chain experience.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour
    • Opportunity for incentivized pay structure averaging up to $22.00 per hour
  • Health, Dental, Vision, and Short-Term Disability Insurance
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Company-provided accidental life insurance
  • Paid industry training

TNT Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
