What are meat operations?

Meat operations refer to the processes and activities involved in the handling, processing, packaging, and distribution of meat products. This includes tasks such as slaughtering animals, cutting and deboning meat, ensuring food safety standards, and managing inventory. Meat operations can take place in various settings, including processing plants, butcher shops, supermarkets, and distribution centers.
