What you'll do:

  • Support the Meat Manager in all aspects of the Meat Operations
  • Oversee daily operations in the meat department to maintain excellent customer service
  • Oversee inventory control, ordering and receiving for the department
  • Ensure the meat department is appropriately merchandised including tagging and pricing accuracy
  • Maintain customer standards by tracking, monitoring and following up with customer concerns
  • Participate in the training and development of meat department team members
  • Perform general duties, as assigned including backup support for the Meat Manager
