Job description

We are seeking an innovative, analytical, and results-driven Marketing Manager to help accelerate growth across a portfolio of home services brands (One Hour Heating & Air, Mister Sparky, Benjamin Franklin Electric). You will be responsible for identifying opportunities across the customer lifecycle and implementing marketing strategies that improve customer acquisition, retention, membership growth, and revenue performance. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about using technology, automation, testing, and customer data to create measurable business impact

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Define and own the long-term CRM marketing roadmap, ensuring alignment with organization priorities including member engagement, revenue, and brand growth.
  • Champion entire customer journey from initial lead to member acquisition to retention with a focus on increasing lifetime value.
  • Build outbound call/SMS campaign strategy with AI agent that supplements and/or enhances owned channel strategy to drive more bookings.
  • Develop customer segmentation strategies based on customer lifecycle stage, service history, membership status, and engagement behavior.
  • Identify new CRM opportunities that drive incremental revenue, customer retention, and membership growth.
  • Oversee promotion strategy/offer library, partnering closely with local operators to identify which levers to pull and when.

Campaign Execution, Optimization & Measurement:

  • Own day-to-day execution within the Service Titan CRM platform including email, SMS, automated workflows, and audience segmentation.
  • Oversee campaign setup, governance, and attribution for performance analysis. 
  • Coordinate creative, audience targeting, seasonal offer updates, mailing schedules and performance reporting for all direct mail campaigns.
  • Develop measurement frameworks and dashboards for leadership that align campaign performance with business objectives and identify clear action items.
  • Monitor email and SMS deliverability and partner with internal and external teams to resolve data quality and targeting issues.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and audience targeting.
  • Identify trends in member engagement and recommend data-driven optimizations.
  • Partner with Operations, IT, Call Center, and vendor partners to align customer communication strategies across channels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation
  • Expertise in a CRM platform (Service Titan preferred; Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, or similar)
  • Experience executing multi-channel marketing, including email, SMS, call center, direct mail, and customer automation programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable recommendations that drive revenue and customer retention.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience in home services, multi-location retail, or franchising businesses preferred.
