FIELD COORDINATOR
We're looking to hire a Field Coordinator at our Fort Myers, FLlocation. Our Field Coordinators serve as hands-on support of our operations management team in the field, ensuring effective execution of daily work plans, accurate collection of field documentation, and timely completion of daily reporting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
  • Plan, prepare, collect, organize and maintain project documentation
  • Act as operations management representative when working with subcontractors
  • Ensure that correspondence is properly distributed among team members
  • Create and maintain daily records and submit daily reports
  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of active construction projects, in consultation with the Management team
  • Track equipment usage
  • Ensure as-built drawings are provided and filed
  • Assist operations management with various field duties (pre-construction meetings, white lining, etc...)
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and independently when necessary
  • Perform miscellaneous duties assigned

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience with underground utility construction (directional drilling experience preferred)
  • Familiar with 811 rules and regulations
  • Effective time management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must hold a valid Driver's License
  • Physical activity for the role includes:
    • Travel as needed between job site and office
    • Walking for long periods, on variable terrain
    • Sitting and standing for long periods
    • Repeated lifting up to 50 lbs.
    • Repeated motions such as kneeling, crawling, climbing, and reaching overhead
    • Manual dexterity for computer and small equipment use
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
