Job description

*Job Overview*

Kitchen Team Member — Fed Up Kitchen (Meridian, ID)

Fresh. Fueled. Fed Up Kitchen.

Are you the kind of person who lights up a room before 8am and still has energy left over? Do you geek out over macros, meal prep hacks, and clean ingredients? We want you on our team!

Fed Up Kitchen is Meridian's go-to for fresh, never-frozen, macro-based meals — gluten-free, seed-oil-free, and made with real food that actually fuels people. We're growing, we're scrappy, and we're looking for a savvy, energetic kitchen team member who treats food like it matters — because it does.

What You'll Do

  • Prep and portion high-protein, macro-balanced meals with speed, care, and consistency
  • Keep our kitchen spotless, organized, and running like a well-oiled machine
  • Bring creative energy to recipe execution — you don't just follow instructions, you understand why the recipe works
  • Collaborate with a small, tight-knit team where your ideas actually get heard
  • Help us hit daily prep goals without sacrificing quality (we don't cut corners here)

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a professional kitchen, meal prep, catering, or culinary setting
  • A genuine passion for health, nutrition, and clean eating — you live this, you don't just clock in for it
  • Energetic, dependable, and detail-oriented — someone who takes pride in doing it right
  • A food-savvy creator at heart: someone who understands flavor, texture, and how to make "healthy" taste incredible
  • Comfortable moving fast in a small-business environment where everyone wears a few hats

Why You'll Love It Here

  • Be part of a local, women-led small business that's redefining what meal prep can be
  • Work with fresh, quality ingredients — not processed shortcuts
  • A team that treats you like family, not a number
  • Room to grow as we do — this is a company on the way up, and early team members help shape what it becomes

Schedule: Part time Mondays and Thursdays 7-2pm Location: Meridian, ID (meridian.fedupkitchen.com)
