You’ll be preparing meals, assisting with deliveries, supporting operations, and stepping in wherever needed to keep our fast-paced business running smoothly. We need dependable, high-functioning individuals who can think critically, work independently, and take pride in delivering a top-tier product and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Kitchen & Meal Preparation

    • Help with catering/event setup, equipment transportation, and cleanup
    • Monitor inventory and report shortages, damages, or low stock
  • Team Collaboration & Initiative
    • Work closely with kitchen staff, drivers, and leadership to meet daily deadlines
    • Provide feedback to improve processes, kitchen flow, and service execution
    • Adapt quickly to unexpected challenges or changes in workflow
    • Be ready to “fill in the gap” wherever needed — whether that’s mopping, running a tray, or solving a client issue
  • Qualifications:
    • 1+ years experience in food service, catering, or meal prep preferred
    • Valid driver’s license with clean record (preferred, not required)
    • High-functioning, dependable, and capable of juggling multiple tasks with minimal supervision
    • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    • Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Bonus: ServSafe certification or leadership experience in small teams
  • Compensation & Schedule:
    • Pay: $18/hour based on experience and skills
    • Schedule: Part-time and full-time roles available
