The Production Cook plays a vital role in preparing bulk ingredients, stock items, sauces, proteins, and specialty components used across all dining outlets. This position also supports banquet and event production, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistency for high-volume service. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, skilled in scratch preparation, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Prepare large-batch recipes, base ingredients, sauces, stocks, and mise en place to support all property outlets.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of banquet and event menus, ensuring timely production and adherence to chef specifications. Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistency and accuracy across all dining venues.
  • Maintain organization of walk-in coolers, dry storage, prep areas, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP practices.
  • Label, date, rotate, and properly store all prepared items.
  • Communicate effectively with outlet chefs to prioritize daily production and event timelines
  • Support plating and execution during banquet service as needed.
  • Maintain a positive, team-focused work environment and assist other kitchen staff as required.
