Summary
Provides patient nutrition service responsibilities such as meal and supplement ordering utilizing department diet software program: along with, duties that include supportive department roles such as patient meal delivery, production and quality assurance.
Education
High school diploma/GED preferred
Experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in call center setting, hospitality services, or customer service preferred. Previous experience in nutritional services in a medical or hospital setting preferred
Other Qualifications
Must be 16 years of age. Must be able to lift 40 pounds. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. MS Office proficient. Demonstrates ability to multi-task and work independently using critical thinking skills. Must be able to use departmental equipment, as outlined by the department. Must be able to demonstrate general computer skills.
