Job description

Come join one of the best golf courses in Minnesota! The Meadows at Mystic Lake is looking for an Outside Services Assistant. You will greet guests, load and unload equipment into carts, support the driving range and practice facilities, clean golf clubs, and perform other daily tasks that help create the best possible experience for everyone. This is a seasonal opportunity (Will vary depending on weather and course conditions) and must be available to work both weekdays and weekends. Enjoy weekly pay & golf perks.

Job Overview: Greet guests, assist guests with loading and unloading equipment into carts and clean guests’ clubs. Deliver the service standard for the golf experience.

Create Your Path: The Work You’ll Do:

  • Greet and assist guests with loading and unloading equipment into/from carts and cars.
  • Maintain carts, ensuring they are charged, cleaned, and parked with keys removed each evening.
  • Manage and clean rental golf clubs.
  • Clean the golf clubs of guests, as requested.
  • Ensure the driving range has an adequate supply of golf balls. Retrieve baskets and golf balls.
  • Other service-related tasks, which are typically given out by the golf staff. 

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
