Description

Join our Culinary Team!  We are seeking dependable, hardworking Line Cooks to join the culinary team at our private country club. Whether you're an experienced cook or looking to grow your culinary skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Meet the Chef
Executive Chef Mike Bush, a Culinary Institute of America graduate, brings more than 20 years of country club culinary leadership experience. Known for his award-winning work, mentorship, and commitment to excellence, he was named a Club + Resort Chef 40 Under 40 honoree in 2025 and the St. Louis Chefs de Cuisine Association's Chef of the Year in 2026. Under his leadership, Meadowbrook was recognized among Club + Resort Chef's Top 20 Culinary Experiences in 2022.

An Opportunity to Learn & Grow

We believe great kitchens are built around people, mentorship, opportunity, and a shared passion for the craft. Our goal is to create an environment where cooks can learn, develop their skills, pursue their goals, and build a career-not simply work another job.

Our culinary team provides opportunities to learn multiple stations, develop professional skills, participate in ACF competitions and events, and work alongside experienced culinary professionals. Whether you're an experienced cook or beginning your culinary career, we want to help you become better at what you do.

What Our Team Says

"I love cooking. I went from job to job, club to club looking for a home and a mentor to guide me. Meadowbrook has been that home for the last 8 years. I've learned so much and love the environment that Chef Bush and the team have created."

- Mike Lathrop, PM Sous Chef | 8 Years at Meadowbrook

"Meadowbrook has opened paths for me to further my culinary goals. I've taken advantage of the opportunities Chef and the team have presented, from learning multiple stations to participating on the ACF student team. Chef has also worked with my schedule while I'm in school, allowing me to continue developing both professionally and academically."
