Job description


What you'll Do
    Responsible for the configuration, operation, and maintenance of the Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management module. This role ensures the day-to-day operational effectiveness of Oracle Talent processes (Performance, Goals, Succession, Talent Review, and Development). 
    Responsibilities include managing talent profile data, supporting end-users, building and analyzing HRIS metrics, and enhancing performance management processes. 
    Perform functional setup, maintenance, and changes to Oracle HCM Talent modules (Performance Templates, Goal Library, Talent Review Meetings, Succession Plans, and Talent Pools).
    Manage Talent Profile content, including skills, competencies, and qualifications. 
    Perform ad-hoc reporting (writing, running and reviewing). Build and maintain analytical reports/OTBI dashboards for Talent metrics (e.g., performance evaluation completion, goal alignment, talent bench strength).
    Provide functional support to HR staff on Talent module functionalities, troubleshooting, Oracle SR resolution, and best practices.
    Configure and support continuous performance management, check-ins, anytime feedback, and year-end evaluations.
    Manage system upgrades and enhancements, conducting testing for quarterly Oracle Cloud updates.
    Apply a continuous improvement approach to talent workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 
    Assists with other HRIS projects as assigned
    Other duties as requested

What Experience and Education You Need

 Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, or 5+ years of relevant experience with HCM systems, with a minimum of 2 years focused on Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management (Performance, Goals, or Succession Planning).
 Proven ability to configure all layers within the Oracle Talent Review process including Talent Review templates, Talent Pools, Performance Roles and workflows.
 Prior experience as a functional member with mid to large scale HR technology projects for system upgrades, enhancements, and working on cross functional project team
 Good knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM Data Subject Matter Areas and the ability to create reports using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) 
Solid MS Office, including Word and Excel skills

Physical Requirements :
Requires the ability to sit for long periods of time, with frequent interruptions
Requires several hours per day of sitting, getting up and down from chairs, and reaching, or bending

Talking, hearing, and seeing are important elements of completing assigned tasks
May require travel by automobile and airplane up for business
May require a visit to facility operations in temperatures at or below freezing
May carry loads related to travel and occasionally lifts, carries, positions, or moves objects weighing up to 20 pounds
Requires the use of various electronic tools
Requires the ability to relate to others beyond giving and receiving instructions: must partner with colleagues without exhibiting behavioral extremes
Requires the performance of work activities including reasoning, negotiating, instructing, persuading, or speaking with others; and respond appropriately to constructive feedback from executive management
