Job Summary: Senior Mobility Engineer - Microsoft Intune
Location: Spring, TX | Onsite | Contract
About the Role
Join a leading enterprise as a Senior Mobility Engineer and drive the modernization of mobile device management for thousands of users. As the technical authority and escalation resource, you will spearhead the design, implementation, and support of Microsoft Intune and state-of-the-art mobility solutions. Work onsite in Spring, Texas, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, seamless, and innovative mobile experiences for both corporate and personal devices. This high-impact role offers direct engagement with executive and VIP stakeholders, challenging projects, and the chance to shape enterprise mobility at scale.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Intune solutions for iOS/iPadOS and Android platforms in a fast-paced enterprise environment
- Develop and enforce MDM/MAM policies, compliance rules, and application deployment strategies that uphold security and user productivity
- Lead mobility modernization initiatives, platform upgrades, migrations, and technology adoption projects
- Serve as Level 3 escalation point, providing advanced troubleshooting and executive support for mobility incidents
- Implement and maintain security controls, including Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender, and Data Loss Prevention
- Automate workflows and service delivery using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API
- Manage Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE) programs
- Create and update operational documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles for continuous improvement
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise mobility platforms, with deep expertise in Microsoft Intune administration
- Strong knowledge of iOS/iPadOS and Android Enterprise device management, MDM, and MAM
- Proven ability to implement Conditional Access, security compliance, and mobile security controls
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation
- Experience supporting executive and VIP user communities with strong communication and customer service skills
- Solid troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API, Intune APIs, and automation frameworks
- Familiarity with Azure Automation, Logic Apps, and Power BI reporting
- ServiceNow platform experience
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise mobility transformation projects
