Job Summary: The MDM Administrator will oversee deployment, configuration, and support of mobile devices across the enterprise. This role ensures that mobile hardware and software align with security policies and operational requirements. Responsibilities: * Manage iOS and Android devices using enterprise MDM tools (MaaS360, Intune). * Create and enforce mobile security and application policies. * Troubleshoot technical issues, assist end-users, and resolve escalated tickets. * Document procedures, provide training, and stay up to date with MDM trends. Required Skills and Experience: * Bachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience. * 2+ years of experience in mobile device support and administration. * Strong experience with iOS and Android troubleshooting. * Familiarity with Active Directory and enterprise applications.
