Other positions support platform operations, technical development, and patient engagement. Working for MDLIVE often provides flexibility and the ability to work remotely.

What does a typical workday look like for a healthcare provider at MDLIVE?

A typical workday for a healthcare provider at MDLIVE involves conducting virtual consultations with patients via secure video or phone connections, documenting patient encounters in the electronic health record (EHR) system, and providing diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care all within a digital environment. Providers have the flexibility to set their schedules, often working from home or another remote location, and collaborate with a supportive clinical operations team if additional resources are needed. Since MDLIVE operates nationally, providers may interact with patients from various states, requiring awareness of regional guidelines and best practices. This role is well-suited for professionals who value independence, work-life balance, and innovative approaches to healthcare delivery.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the MDLIVE position, and why are they important?
