Rock Hill Ford is looking for a Guest Experience Driver.  The ideal candidate would be self motivated, adept at problem solving, excellent leadership skills with potential for growth into overseeing remote experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure to confirm scheduled and missed appointments for remote deliveries
  • Facilitate coordination of tasks between Sales, Service, and PDI departments to successfully deliver customer vehicles for repairs or accessories
  • Conduct transportation of vehicles within the lot and to various locations as needed
  • Assist in shuttling customers to and from their homes or places of business
  • Drive vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking lot accordingly
  • Retrieve and deliver vehicles from different property locations
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word (and preferably dual-screen experience)
  • Previous Service Experience a plus
  • Strong customer service background
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Punctual, reliable and eager to improve
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
  • Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to operate a manual transmission
