Job description

Become a vital part of a hospital radiology team in Pendleton, OR as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scan protocols, administer contrast materials as required, and operate CT and X-ray equipment to produce diagnostic images that support patient care.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography and Computed Tomography. Oregon requires CT registry through ARRT.
  • Oregon medical imaging license as required by state regulations.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a CT Technologist including experience performing CT and X-ray studies.
  • Experience with McKesson PACS and Meditech EMR preferred.
  • Experience operating GE X-ray and Toshiba CT equipment preferred.
  • Ability to perform approximately 5โ€“10 CT studies and 10โ€“20 X-ray studies per day during swing-type shifts; ability to follow department orientation checklist.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Radiation badge available or willingness to provide requested personal information for badge issuance upon hire.
  • Experience working with a single-scanner CT department.


Assignment Details

  • Shift hours: 1000โ€“2100. Note: shift notes indicate Tuesdayโ€“Friday 1030โ€“2100 for some schedules.
  • Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
  • Orientation: 12 hours with a department-specific checklist.
  • Charting/PACS: McKesson PACS and Meditech EMR.
  • No floating to other facilities required.
  • No on-call or standby required.
